Whether you have an outdated shower/tub or you simply want to give your washroom a fresh, modern look, bathroom remodeling can dramatically transform the focal point of your room.
Assessment and Design Consultation
Experienced professionals begin by assessing your existing bathroom layout. They discuss your design preferences, considering materials, colors, textures, and styles. Based on your input, they create a customized plan that complements the overall aesthetic of your home.
Material Selection
Bathroom remodeling offers a variety of material options, including natural stone, brick veneer, tile, marble, granite, or even reclaimed wood. Each material has unique characteristics, allowing you to achieve a specific look and feel for your bathroom. Professionals guide you in choosing materials that match your décor and lifestyle.
Preparation
Before bathroom remodeling can begin, the existing area of the bathroom is prepared. This may involve cleaning, repairing damaged areas, or removing the old shower, tubs, toilets, cabinets or floors to create a stable base for the new materials.
Installation of New
Shower or tub
If you are only interested in a shower or tub replacement our group can facilitate. We remove your old, existing tub/shower (drywall to the studs) to ensure a proper waterproof barrier is constructed. This step is imperative, as the vast majority of older tub/shower installations were completed using sub-standard installation practice's compared to todays standards. Over layering is NEVER an option for our professionals.
Taps and Faucet Design
If your design incorporates a matching set of all new fixtures, faucets, taps, etc. we can help with the style selection including the installation.
Finishing and Sealing
Once the new fixtures are installed, professionals finish the surface to enhance its appearance and durability. This may involve grouting, sealing, or polishing, depending on the chosen materials. Proper sealing ensures longevity and ease of maintenance.
Clean-Up and Inspection
After the remodeling is complete, professionals conduct a thorough clean-up, removing any debris and ensuring the area is tidy. A final inspection is carried out to guarantee that the installation meets quality standards and fulfills your design vision.
